US5024: As a user managing a school, district or subsite, I want to see the default URL that is associated with the site and I want to add/edit more URL's to be associated with this site.

where "BaseGroupName-ParentBaseGroupName" is unique
(NOTE: when generating the default url automatically in order to make sure that it is unique we can append BaseGroupID at the end e.g. BaseGroupName-ParentBaseGroupName-BaseGroupID)
- this automatically generated domain name cannot be modified or deleted; there must be no instructions how to configure DNS for this domain;
- 3) administrators can add more domain names to be associated with the site; we need to validate that the format is correct (no protocol, letters, numbers, dot, hyphen) and we have to check if it is unique across all the release versions of all the sites registered in eChalk; right after adding a new custom domain we should display the form containing DNS instructions:
- a) message for invalid domain format: "The domain name is invalid. Please correct the name."
- b) message for already used domain: "That domain name is already in use. Please enter a unique name."
- c) message for empty domain name filed: "Please enter a domain name".
